Looking for a little added flavor in a smaller package? Try our smaller 12oz. garlic flavored summer sausage.

Our fantastic summer sausage is processed in Wisconsin at our plant. Our processing does not introduce any fillers and we are all 100% pure beef sausage. Our sausage and our processing means we have no MSG’s or sugars either. We are also naturally Gluten Free.

Our sausage can be kept at room temperature if you’re planning to consume it in a reasonable time or you can refrigerate it and it won’t reduce the overall quality of taste or texture.
