Large Jalapeno Summer Sausage

This flavor will surprise you! Try our Jalapeno flavored summer sausage. It’s not a hot or bitey flavor at all – it’s quite surprising as it adds a mile kick to an already great sausage flavor.

Our fantastic summer sausage is processed in Wisconsin at our plant. Our processing does not introduce any fillers and we are all 100% pure beef sausage. Our sausage and our processing means we have no MSG’s or sugars either. We are also naturally Gluten Free.

Our sausage can be kept at room temperature if you’re planning to consume it in a reasonable time or you can refrigerate it and it won’t reduce the overall quality of taste or texture.

Need to hold on to a few halves until the holidays or special family gathering? No problem. They freeze nicely and can extend the shelf life of your sausage considerably.
