Large Spicy Summer Sausage

Want to “Spice” it up? Try our seasonal favorite, Spicy flavored summer sausage. (Little kick – not bad, NOT hot)

Our fantastic summer sausage is processed in Wisconsin at our plant. Our processing does not introduce any fillers and we are all 100% pure beef sausage. Our sausage and our processing means we have no MSG’s.

Our sausage can be kept at room temperature if you’re planning to consume it in a reasonable time or you can refrigerate it and it won’t reduce the overall quality of taste or texture.

Need to hold on to a few halves until the holidays or special family gathering? No problem. They freeze nicely and can extend the shelf life of your sausage considerably.

Our spicy sausage is all natural, but is the only version that is not gluten or sugar free due to the processing.
